If competitors cannot attend the International Finals in London, then they will receive vouchers for either products or recording in their local area and their song will be played at the Finals in front of the panel. They will also be offered the option to send a video/mobile or dvd of their performance to be played on the Finals night too.
- The 12 Winning songs from each of the 3 heats, 3 in each genre, will be voted for on the Festival4stars web site for one month, following the heat. The overall 4 winners of each heat will be announced one month after the voting closes, However their songs will remain online after the voting closes, for at least 12 months
- The 12 Winning songs from the 3 heats in 2008 will be showcased on Saturday 1st November at the 5* Grange City Hotel in London's City Centre at the International Songwriting Awards Dinner
- The winners will be brought to London all expenses paid to stay in the hotel and will rehearse in the afternoon for their performance at night.
- The panel of judges will then choose the winning song in each category
- These winners will be given opportunities to work with professional song writers, present their songs directly, through personal contacts by top industry professionals, to a top worldwide publishing company and will receive the opportunity to have their songs recorded by a top London Recording Studio that records many stars from around the world.
