4 winners will be chosen from each heat [ One song from each section]
Rules, Terms & Conditions
- Singer song writing section being judged on song & whole performance
- In Pop/Rock, Country/Folk & World and R&B/Soul & Rap it is the song being judged and not the performer therefore competitors do not need to sing their own song and can choose someone to sing it for them
- A separate sheet with the Lyrics must be sent in either by email or post
- All lyrics should be in English
- The recording must be of a reasonable standard
- CD's should be checked to ensure they play, prior to sending them in
- The CD should be marked clearly with the song title, name of songwriter & contact phone number
- All competitors will receive a personal written feedback form within 4 weeks of submitting the song
- All competitors whose songs go through to stage 2 will be informed in writing of the final decision of the judging panel
- All Finalists will have their songs on www.festival4stars.com for one month following the results of the heats and voting will be open to anyone
- There will be one winning song from each section which will be chosen at the International Finals on November 1st by the Panel of Judges. The web votes cast will count only as one judge
- Entrant retains all ownership rights to all submitted song(s). Festival4stars will not have any ownership rights to any song(s) submitted.
